Hadjitek Madjitek is a digital platform dedicated to preserving and celebrating Algeria's rich oral heritage — the folktales, proverbs, and riddles passed from grandmothers to grandchildren across generations. Its name comes from the traditional opening phrase used to begin stories in Algeria.

We believe every folk story told is a thread woven into the fabric of our collective identity. Our mission is to make this heritage accessible to everyone — in Algerian dialect and English — while preserving its authentic spirit.
